Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten free oatmeal mix
  • 1 package organic yeast
  • 475 ml water

Instructions

  • Add in the bread pan of your bread machine, in the following order: 475 ml. of cold water, the content of the mix bag (spreading it well inside the pan) and one sachet of organic yeast.
  • Select program Gluten-free. For a longer fermentation you may optionally use program ‘French’.
  • Select the 1.250 gr weight option.
  • Select ‘High Toast’ (Dark Crust) and press the Start button.
  • After the first mix gets started, slide a spatula around the corners and sides of the pan, pushing the dough inward to help it mix well.
  • Let the bread cool on a wire track before slicing
