- 1 PACKAGE Countre White mix
- 1 PACKAGE Levain
Instructions
- Add in the bread pan of your bread machine, in the following order: 275 ml. of lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional), the content of the MaBAKER® mix bag and one sachet of organic yeast.
- 2 Select program Basic or Regular.
- 3 Select the 750 gr weight option.
- 4 Select ‘High Toast’ (Dark Crust) and press the Start button
- 5 Let the bread cool on a wire track before slicing
