Beetroot and sweet potato chips

Beetroot and sweet potato chips are a super healthy snack that's also delicious. Perfect for a snack with friends, a movie or as a side to any bowl. They are also super easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 raw beetroot
  • 1 medium raw sweet potato
  • Olive Oil or coconut oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Similar to potatoes in a bag
  • Drizzle with a little oil. If using coconut oil, brush the vegetables with it.
  • Add salt, pepper or other spices to taste.
  • Put the vegetables in the deep fryer for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200º.
