The quintessential autumn dessert is undoubtedly apple crumble, but perhaps we are a little lazy when we have to turn on the oven and wait for it to heat up before we can enjoy this delicious dessert.

  • 175 grams flour
  • 85 grams butter
  • 1/2 Kg peeled and cored apples
  • Brown sugar (150 grams for every 1/2 kilo of apples)
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1 small spoonful of cinnamon
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Mix the flour and butter in a bowl and crumble with your hands until you get a dough similar to crumbs.
  • In another bowl we mix the apples cut into small cubes, the water, the cinnamon, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a pinch of salt and the brown sugar and stir everything well.
  • Place the apple in the low accessory of our deep fryer and sprinkle with the crumbs we have previously prepared.
  • Place in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • It will be ready when the crumbs are golden but not burnt
