What type of plug do our products have?

Products that are powered by mains electricity will be shipped with a G or English plug.

However, products that are not available with a G or English plug, but are available for sale on our UK website, will be shipped with an approved European plug alongside a UK plug adapter. These cases are indicated where you can see the following message on the product detail sheet: "This product has a continental plug. A UK adapter is included in the box alongside the product".
