This document, together with the documents to which it expressly refers, provides you with information about us and the legal conditions under which we sell any of our products to you on our website www.create-store.com.
These conditions will be applicable to any contract between us for the sale of products provided that you have the status of a consumer. Make sure to read and understand these conditions before purchasing any product. Please note that by purchasing any of our products, you consent to the application of these conditions and any other document to which this document expressly refers.
You will be asked to provide express consent to these conditions before being able to place an order. If you do not agree with these Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to purchase any of our products from our website.
We modify these Conditions of Sale to adapt them to new legislative changes and variations in the business model. Every time you wish to purchase products on our website, please review these Conditions of Sale to ensure you understand the Conditions that are in force at that time and that apply to your purchase.

2. Our products
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and their price, appear in the details of the product data sheets.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we endeavor to display colors faithfully, your screen resolution may not faithfully reflect the color of the products. Products may vary slightly from these images.
The acquisition of the products shown on our website is subject to availability. In this sense, CREATE reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
The offers presented by CREATE are valid within the limit of available stocks. CREATE reserves the right to modify the assortment of its products based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The purchased product may undergo, due to manufacturer availability, non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics, or features of the batch that integrates it, provided that they do not imply a merit decrease of the advertised qualities and features. Likewise, this information may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, which may be changed, corrected, or deleted at any time. CREATE may make changes or modifications to the products at any time.
3. Availability and substitutions
The availability of our products is always indicated on their corresponding sheet. In this link you have more information on how to identify the availability of our products.
CREATE intends to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through www.create-store.com. However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has run out, we will inform you by email.
If the product is not available, and having informed the consumer of this, CREATE may supply a product of similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the substitution products by the customer, the amounts previously paid by the consumer will be refunded under the legally provided terms.
4. Purchase and/or contracting process
To make any purchase at www.create-store.com, it is necessary for the customer to be of legal age. Furthermore, it will be necessary for the customer to register at www.create-store.com through a data collection form in which the necessary information for contracting is provided to CREATE; data which in any case shall be truthful, accurate, and complete regarding their identity and which the customer must expressly consent to by accepting the CREATE privacy policy.
Likewise, it is recommended that the customer prints and/or saves a copy on a durable medium of the purchase conditions when placing their order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by CREATE by email.
The invoice will be sent to the customer in electronic format. The customer will receive it within the "My orders" section found in their customer area.
5. Delivery
The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the chosen modality and product availability.
Delivery is available to: United Kingdom, except the Isle of Man.
Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
Orders will be delivered to the customer through courier or parcel companies. The order will be considered delivered at the moment the carrier has delivered the package to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the state of the goods at the time of receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

The maximum delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the country of delivery. Here you can consult more information. Shipments and deliveries of orders will not be made on weekends or holidays.
Special circumstances of the home: CREATE sells bulky products that may have difficult access to your building or your own home. The transport company will not perform deliveries at height, that is, through building facades or interior courtyards, nor will they use any pulley system to introduce the order into the building or into the home itself. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items can access the home and/or room. If the order cannot be delivered due to special circumstances of your home, you may request the cancellation of the order; however, the transport costs of the return or delivery by crane or elevator (subject to availability and quote depending on the area) will be borne by the customer.
With the purchase of a refrigerator, CREATE offers the possibility of free removal and disposal of the old refrigerator to the nearest clean point. It is the responsibility of the buyer that the refrigerator is disconnected, emptied, and defrosted prior to delivery. Otherwise, the transport company reserves the right not to perform the removal.
6. Prices, expenses, and taxes
The prices of the products collected in www.create-store.com will be expressed in euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during their period of validity regardless of the destination of the order.
The final prices of all products (and, where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measure, when mandatory) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the catalog of www.create-store.com.
The products include VAT.
The VAT rate is 21%, except for those companies that are registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operations.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the final customer.

Return costs: depending on the type of return, shipping or collection costs will be borne by the customer. Consult the return conditions here.
Prices of products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before they formalize their acceptance.
7. Payment Methods
We provide you with the following payment methods:
a) By credit or debit card: You can make the payment immediately through the Stripe secure payment gateway. If it were necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all security measures established by Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and its Development Regulation with total confidentiality.
CREATE accepts payments with VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. The banking entity that issues the card must be located in Spanish territory. When placing the order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the Stripe gateway during the purchase process. CREATE does not store information regarding credit cards. For internal organizational reasons, the collection management is carried out through Banco Santander, without this having any consequence for the customer.
b) By bank transfer: It is possible to make payment by bank transfer or cash deposit in favor of WOODS & GO DESIGN, S.L to the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. In the concept of the transfer or deposit, the customer's name and the order reference must be indicated. Orders that are not paid within 7 days following order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
c) PayPal: Payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. For this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.
d) Klarna: Pay for your purchase immediately by selecting Klarna as a payment method or finance your purchase in 3 easy installments.
8. Your rights as a consumer to return and refund.
This clause applies if you are a consumer.
8.1. If you are a consumer, you have the right to terminate the Contract (right of withdrawal) during a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the Products.
In the case of hygiene and similar products, the consumer loses this right once the product has been opened, so only products that have not been opened can be returned. You can cancel an order as long as it is not in the preparation process. To do so, you must access "My orders" within your customer area. Once there, select the order you want to cancel and choose the "Order cancellation request" option. If your order has already been prepared, it is not possible to make cancellations. Once the package is received, you may withdraw from one or more of the products.
9. Warranty
All our products have a two-year warranty during which we cover any manufacturing defect.
In the specific case of products considered as "consumables", such as batteries, filters, and other accessories, it is not possible to make use suitable for their nature without them being consumed. Therefore, the warranty will apply based on their nature and their specific characteristics such as optimal useful life, charging cycles, etc. Therefore, the warranty will cover, in these cases, possible factory defects of the product, not wear and tear from normal use, excess, or misuse of the product.
CREATE is not responsible for damages caused by non-professional installation, products modified or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; as well as by inappropriate use, manipulation and/or short circuits or apparent signs of incorrect treatment. All products marketed at CREATE are intended for domestic and not commercial use.
The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by CREATE, attaching the delivery note and/or invoice. Consult the following [information] to use the warranty right.
In cases where applicable, the customer has the right to choose a repair or replacement unless one of these options is not possible or is disproportionate.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product sent for repair/replacement is perfectly packaged and protected. If the product arrives at CREATE facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair might not be covered by the warranty.
Deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, connection to an electrical network other than the one indicated, incorrect installation, or defects derived from any external cause are excluded from warranties.
In products of a durable nature, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 10 years from the date the product stops being manufactured, without the price of spare parts being increased when applied in repairs.
To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, ensure you have followed the installation and operation instructions contained in the user manuals.
9.1. Observations The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or drops, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental falls, or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by CREATE. Likewise, it does not cover wear and tear due to hours of use or misuse of hours or negligence before or during use, as well as breakdowns produced by incorrect installation or manipulation and storage. Claims for natural loss of brightness or degradation of the same are exempt from warranty coverage.
CREATE reserves the right to study each product returned by independent specialists. The warranty is exempt if it is proven, by the competent authorities, that the breakage was caused by misuse by the customer. In these cases, the appraisal costs will be assumed by the customer.
CREATE is not obliged to indemnify the customer or third parties for the consequences of misuse of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property external to the product, loss of profit, or loss of earnings.
10. Liability and disclaimer of liability
The consumer and user has the right to the repair of the product, its replacement, the reduction of the price, or the termination of the contract, as established in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the delivered product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product with a new one, both options being free for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time.
If once the repair is finished and the product delivered, it remains non-compliant with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement with a new one, the price reduction, or the termination of the contract under the terms provided by the consumer and user protection regulations.
CREATE may suspend, withdraw, or cancel partially or totally the products not subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. The previous provision will not affect those products that are reserved for registered users or that are the object of prior contracting and which will be governed by their specific conditions.
11. Incidents.
11.1. Cancellation or modification of the purchase. The cancellation or modification of the purchase must always be requested through the customer area
11.2. Internal incident management (RMA) At CREATE we work to offer you the best shopping experience. If you have had any incident with your order (defective product, shipping error, signs of bumps derived from transport, etc.), we provide you with an incident management system (RMA) accessible from your customer area. Through this internal management procedure, we will attend to your case as soon as possible in an efficient manner.
11.3. Complaint forms In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as the applicable regional consumer regulations, we have official complaint forms available at physical establishments open to the public at the disposal of consumers and users.

Or, if desired, the consumer can fill out the claim online and send it to CREATE through the email [email protected] Please note that it is NOT an official claim: CREATE informs that those incidents that do not have a legal basis or that refer to factual scenarios that fall outside the scope of our responsibility, such as foreseeable unavoidable delays in delivery or incidents unrelated to consumer regulations, will not be processed.
However, we recommend that possible incidents be managed through the internal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service in the customer area for the best and promptest solution.
The consumer can also go to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies recognized in their country of residence, as well as the European Consumer Centers Network (ECC-Net), which offers assistance in cross-border disputes within the European Union.
Note: The old European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform ceased to be operational from July 20, 2025. Consumers have the mentioned routes to resolve any incident.
12. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The relationship between CREATE and the consumer or user will be governed by Spanish legislation, in particular by the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable state and regional regulations, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory consumer protection regulations that could correspond to the consumer in their place of habitual residence within the European Union, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I).
In case of dispute, and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, as well as in the national regulations on consumer matters, the competent courts will always be those of the consumer's domicile.
