Special return conditions

You can return any product on the website except if it is a hygiene, personal care or use product, a food product or some sound products, such as headphones and vinyl. Due to their special nature, these items cannot be returned once they are opened.

The mattresses have a 100-night trial period and can be returned within that period. 

If a product has special return conditions, this will be indicated on its own tag.
