Official Rules – 55’’ TV Art Matte Giveaway
1. Organising Company
The company Woods & Go Design S.L., with registered office at Polígono 4, P18, 46722 Beniarjó (Valencia), Spain, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B98944986 and owner of the brand Create (hereinafter “Create”), is organising a free giveaway open to individuals who are of legal age and residents of mainland Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal (excluding locations or areas where Create does not deliver products).
2. Start and End Dates
This giveaway begins on 2 March 2026 and ends on 30 April 2026.
3. Prize
Among all participants, one (1) Create television, model TV Art Matte 55’’, will be raffled. There will be a single winner. The prize is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation, and is non-transferable.
4. How to Enter and Giveaway Mechanics
All new users who subscribe for the first time to the Create newsletter using their personal email address via the 55’’ TV Art Matte giveaway form will be automatically entered into the giveaway.
In order to be eligible for the prize, participants must remain subscribed to Create email notifications at the time the prize is awarded. Additionally, participants must have created a customer account on the Create website or app.
Participants who do not meet all of the above requirements will not be entered into the giveaway. Entries submitted after the closing date of the giveaway, as well as entries that do not meet all the requirements, will be considered null and void.
5. Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be natural persons, of legal age, acting on their own behalf and in their own name. Corporate profiles or profiles representing collectives, communities, companies or institutions of any kind will not be accepted.
Persons who are professionally or employment-related to Create, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in the giveaway.
6. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by raffle among all participants who meet all the requirements. The winner will be contacted during the first days of the following month.
7. Communication with Participants
The winner will be contacted by email and informed of the steps required to claim the prize. If no response confirming acceptance of the prize and the desired TV frame colour is received within seven (7) calendar days, a new raffle will be conducted to select a new winner.
In order to claim the prize, the winner must have an active customer account on the Create website.
8. Validity Period and Delivery of the Prize
The prize is free of charges and taxes. The winner will be contacted to confirm acceptance of the prize and the delivery address. The prize will only be shipped to destinations enabled on the website of each respective country.
9. Communication and Promotion of the Giveaway
The giveaway will be published on the Create website.
10. Personal Data
The personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.
11. Liability
Create shall not be liable for any damages of any kind that participants may suffer in connection with the giveaway due to any act or omission not attributable to Create, during the duration of the giveaway and enjoyment of the prize, subject to the limits established by applicable law.
Under no circumstances shall Create be responsible, including but not limited to, for Internet connection failures, whether in participants’ access to different websites or social media platforms, or in any other communications via the Internet, nor for any temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the websites through which participation in the giveaway takes place.
The organiser reserves the right to resolve any contingency not provided for in these Official Rules.
12. Cancellation of the Giveaway
Create reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or the prize(s) without prior notice where such cancellation is due to force majeure circumstances beyond our control or due to improper use of the giveaway.
