Tips for the conservation of the refractory stone
Over time it darkens and acquires a patina, it’s a normal and beneficial process.
Never use soap to clean it, as it's a porous stone it will absorb it and give off a soapy smell when cooking.
Don't treat the stone with oil, it will treat itself over time.
To clean it, first use a wooden spatula and then wipe it with a damp cloth.
