Coffee Lover but the heat is killing you? Say no more, with this cold brew you won’t have to give up your well-filled coffee while you cool down, as its preparation method preserves the properties of the coffee but when consumed cold, it serves to cool us down when the heat gets up. Our orange blossom foam will give you the sensation of being under an orange tree in Valencia or simply give a twist to the typical coffee.

  • 250 ml Barista milk
  • 2 drops of orange blossom essence
  • Ground coffee (depending on the amount of coffee you want to brew)
  • Water


  • First, mix the ground coffee with the water in a jug until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Now it’s time to wait. When you have the coffee, you must let it rest for 12 to 20 hours.
  • Once it has rested, take the plunger coffee maker, pour in the coffee and filter it so that it gains body and consistency while you remove any coffee grounds that may remain.
  • Combine the barista milk and orange blossom essence in our Milkfrother. Program a cold frothing cycle
  • To reserve.
  • Pour the cold brew into a large glass (you can add ice).
  • Add the cold foam.
  • Stir before drinking.


We recommend preparing this recipe with our Hattori Swan but you can also prepare coffee with any of our coffee machines.
