- 200 g courgette cut into small pieces
- ¼ white onion
- A dash of EVOO
- Vegetable stock
- Cream (for a creamier dish)
Instructions
- Pour the olive oil into the vegan milk maker. Add the diced onion and the courgette.
- Programme soft food, and after 7 minutes, add the stock and cream and wait for the cycle to finish.
- Voilà!
