How to make a weekly menu of 4 different meals with the Chefbot Touch in 45 min.
Those of you who know me know that I like recipes that are quick and easy but with a lot of flavour.
I tell you how to make a weekly menu of 4 different meals in 45 minutes thanks to the steaming accessory of my Chefbot Touch, which thanks to the capacity it has, I can prepare quite a lot of ingredients, reuse them and have food for the whole week.
On the bottom, I placed mini potatoes seasoned with fresh garlic and rosemary and two ready-salted cod fillets.
Above this, I have prepared a mix of vegetables with cauliflower, broccolini, bell pepper, green beans and carrots.
To produce the steam to cook all this, I have prepared a fish stock in a jar.

With what we have cooked before, we can create all these dishes below, creating our menu for the week.
Day 1
Cod with steamed vegetables and potatoes
Day 2
With the leftover potatoes, I made a potato salad with tuna, onion, gherkins and a yoghurt sauce
Day 3
Prawn risotto
Day 4
With the steamed vegetables I had left, I made rice noodles with a little oyster sauce.
