The 3-ply technology spreads heat throughout the curved body of the wok, allowing you to brown food quickly in the centre while keeping ingredients warm around the sides.
Crisp stir-fries at high temperatures
Cook al dente vegetables, strips of meat or Asian-style noodles in just a few minutes with very little oil, helping to preserve nutrients and maintain their natural textures.
Water-drop test for perfect high-heat stir-frying
Start cooking on the hob and transfer the pan directly to the oven to gratinate dishes, finish thicker cuts of meat or prepare savoury tarts without changing cookware.
Water-drop test for natural food release
Heat the wok dry over a medium-high heat and add a few drops of water. When the droplets form small beads that glide around the curved base, the stainless steel has reached the ideal temperature for natural food release. Add your cooking oil, immediately add the ingredients and stir-fry over high heat to help prevent sticking.
Welded handle for a hygienic finish
The handle is welded externally to the wok, eliminating rivet heads from the interior. This provides a smoother surface for tossing food and makes cleaning easier, with fewer hard-to-reach areas.
