Removable plates for easy cleaning
Its aluminium plates feature a high-quality non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking. They can be removed with a single click using the quick-release buttons, allowing them to be washed conveniently under the tap.
Independent temperature and time control
Adjust the temperature, from 120°C to 230°C, and the cooking time of the upper and lower plates independently. You can sear meat at a high temperature on one surface while simultaneously cooking vegetables gently on the other.
Versatile 105° and 180° opening
Adapts to every type of recipe: set the upper plate to 105° to press paninis and sandwiches evenly, or open it completely to 180° using the rotation button to double the cooking area and use it as an open griddle.
Grease collection system and cool-touch handle
The plates feature channels that direct excess juices and oils straight into a removable drip tray. Its reinforced stainless-steel handle also remains cool to the touch, providing a firm and safe grip at all times.
