Roasted Peaches with Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 –4 ripe peaches
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  • Wash and dry the peaches, then cut them in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla sugar. Set aside.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer with baking paper. Brush the peaches with the mixture and place them cut-side up in the basket. Do not overlap.
  • Program at 180°C for 10 minutes, until caramelized and tender.
  • Serve with mascarpone cream mixed with vanilla sugar and the juices released by the peaches. For an extra special touch, drizzle with vanilla balsamic vinegar.
