CHICKEN CURRY SALAD IN A JAR

Who doesn’t want to use their free time to go to the beach instead of staying at home cooking? We certainly do! That’s why we bring you a recipe that you can take with you to the swimming pool, the park, the beach or the mountains and that, moreover, is a leftover recipe, as one of its main ingredients is chicken that we have left over from another preparation.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of leftover roast chicken
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pineapple slice (sliced)
  • 8 grape berries cut in half
  • 20 g cashew nuts
  • 30 gr spinach

Instructions

  • Mix the mayonnaise, honey and curry and emulsify well.
  • Cut the chicken into strips and mix with the curry mayonnaise.

Now we are going to assemble the pot and it is important that it goes in this order so that it keeps well:

  • In the bottom of the tin, place the chicken with the mayonnaise, the pineapple on top, then the grapes, the cashew nuts and finally the spinach.
  • Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
