Two chocolates zebra popcorn

We have the perfect popcorn for chocolate lovers in any form. The best thing is that before the chocolate cools, you can add your favourite topping, such as hazelnut pieces. If you don’t eat them right away, you can store them in an airtight container to enjoy them whenever you like, just like freshly popped!

Ingredients

  • 60 g popcorn corn
  • 80 g white dessert chocolate or white vegetable chocolate
  • 80 g dark dessert chocolate or dark vegetable chocolate

Instructions

  • Add the corn to the popcorn popper, cover and turn on.
  • Put a bowl in the popcorn outlet and wait until the popcorn is cooked.
  • Melt the chocolates separately. You can do this in a bain-marie or in the microwave. For the first option, simply put a saucepan with water to heat and on top of it a metal or glass bowl with the chocolate until it melts completely. If you want to do it in the microwave, add the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring so that it does not burn and melts evenly.
  • Separate the popcorn into two bowls.
  • Add the white chocolate with the popcorn in one and the dark chocolate with the rest of the popcorn in the other.
  • Stir both bowls until the popcorn is completely covered.
  • Place the popcorn on a piece of parchment paper and leave to cool so that the chocolate solidifies again. Once cooled, the popcorn is ready to enjoy.
