Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup stevia sugar blend
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free mini chocolate chips (for mixing)
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined and the sugar has dissolved. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes until foam forms.
- Transfer the mixture to the ice cream container, making sure not to overfill it. Secure the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours or until the desired consistency is reached.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid and place it in the ice cream maker.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Using a spoon, make a 3–4 cm wide hole reaching the bottom of the container. Add the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips into the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.
- Once the process is complete, remove the ice cream from the container and serve.
