Coconut + cherry + pistachio = the perfect ice cream! Perfect to soothe the heat or to prepare with small children.

Ingredients
- 500 g coconut yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 200 gr of cherries
- 200 g white dessert chocolate
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- chopped pistachios
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with a spoonful of honey, set aside.
- Pit the cherries and place them in the beaker of the Retro Fullmix with the other tablespoon of honey. Blend to a fine puree.
- assemble the ice cream by alternating the yoghurt with the cherry mixture, freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
- To prepare the couverture, melt the white chocolate and add the two tablespoons of coconut oil, mix well.
- Unmould the popsicles and dip half of them in the chocolate mixture, let them drain a little to remove the excess chocolate and before it solidifies completely, decorate with chopped pistachios.
