Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 6 tablespoons agave syrup
- 4 –6 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- Chocolate sandwich cookies (cut into quarters, for mixing in)
Instructions
- Whisk the unsweetened coconut cream in a large bowl until smooth. Add the sweetener, agave syrup, food coloring, and mint extract to the same bowl, and whisk until the sweetener dissolves and everything is well combined.
- Add the oat milk to the mixture and whisk again until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the container and cover it with the storage lid. Place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Using a spoon, make a hole about 1.5 cm wide down to the bottom of the container. Add the chopped chocolate cookies into the hole and use the MIX-IN program to process the ice cream again.
- Once processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the container and serve immediately.
