It is highly recommended to include spinach in our diet, as it is a source of iron and calcium, as well as being rich in vitamins A, C and folic acid. The best way to introduce this vegetable into our daily diet is in the form of a smoothie, and adding dates will give it a delicious sweet touch.

Ingredients

  • 40 g baby spinach (washed)
  • 400 ml of almond milk or 40 g of almonds + 400 ml of filtered water
  • ½ green apple (cleaned and chopped)
  • 3 pitted and chopped medjool dates
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Press the “Start” button and it will be ready in 3 minutes.
  • Fill the filtered water tank up to the 1 litre water level for automatic cleaning.
