Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of blueberry extract
  • 1 3/4 cups 14 oz of hot water
  • 3 drops of blue food coloring

Instructions

  • Place the desired amount of sugar and the blueberry extract into the container.
  • Pour the hot water into the container up to the MAX FILL line and add the desired amount of blue food coloring to the mixture.
  • Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, securely close the container with its lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for 24 hours without interruption.

After 24h

  • Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
  • Select the SORBET mode.
  • Once the process is finished, transfer the sorbet to a bowl and serve immediately to enjoy its refreshing flavor.

Notes

If the result is crumbly due to a very low freezer temperature, you can use the RE-SPIN function to process it a bit more, especially if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
