Peach mousse

A mousse is a dessert with an egg-white base mounted in a snowy spot. The fruit mousse is refreshing and deliciously light. A peach mousse is always a different dessert and a special way of eating fruit.

Ingredients

  • 300 g peaches (frozen)
  • 100 g sugar
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • 2 cold egg whites

Instructions

  • Freeze peaches in pieces in advance (3-5 hours).
  • In the Chefbot, with the glass well dried and the blade accessory, spray the sugar for 10 seconds at speed 9.
  • Add the frozen peaches.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Crush for 30 seconds at speed 8.
  • Check that the fruit is completely crushed.
  • Use the spatula to collect the remains stuck to the walls of the glass.
  • Switch to the whisk accessory.
  • Add the cold egg whites.
  • Programme 4 minutes, speed 4.
  • Finally serve in glasses and add some fresh aromatic leaves such as mint or peppermint.
