QUINOA AND MANGO CUPS

A sweet, satiating and healthy treat made from nuts, fruit and quinoa. These little glasses of quinoa are designed to surprise. They are 100% vegetable, very creamy and easy to prepare. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 mangos
  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 100 ml soya milk
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup of swollen quinoa
  • Dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  • First, soak the cashew nuts for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, open the Chefbot and insert the blade accessory.
  • Add 100 ml of soya milk together with 1/2 mango, the previously drained cashew nuts and the agave syrup.
  • Activate the manual mode and grind at speed 6 for 20 seconds.
  • Using the spatula, push down any ingredients that may have stuck to the walls and grind again at speed 6 for 20 seconds.
  • Push the ingredients down again and activate manual mode at speed 3 for 1 minute until a smooth, homogeneous cream is obtained.
  • Then assemble the glasses with a base of diced mango, the cashew nut cream, a layer of swollen quinoa and more diced mango.
  • As an option we can decorate with dark chocolate.
