Ingredients
- 1 1/2 jars (12 oz of sliced peaches)
- 1/2 cup sweetened almond coffee creamer
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk the coconut milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and continue whisking until everything is well combined and the sugar is completely dissolved. Blend the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
- Fill the ice cream tub with sliced peaches up to the MAX FILL line and pour the mixture over them until covered. Stir to combine and, if needed, add more mixture until reaching the MAX FILL line.
- Place the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Once the process is complete, you can add extra ingredients or remove the ice cream from the container and serve immediately.
Notes
If your ice cream has a grainy texture due to a very low freezing temperature, don’t worry. Select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture once more. This additional step will help smooth the texture and achieve a creamier consistency. However, it’s important to note that this option is only recommended if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
