Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Whip the unsweetened coconut cream in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the stevia, cocoa powder, agave extract, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined and the sweetener has completely dissolved. Add the almond milk to the bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
- After preparing the base, pour it into the ice cream maker container and cover it with the lid. Store the container in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24 hours:
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the LIGHT ICE CREAM mode.
- Once the process is complete, you can add extra ingredients directly into the container or remove the ice cream and add them before serving immediately.
Notes
If your ice cream has a grainy texture due to a very low freezing temperature, don’t worry. Select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture once more. This additional step will help smooth the texture and achieve a creamier consistency. However, it is important to note that this option is only recommended if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
