How many summers have we dreamed of swinging in a hammock on the beaches of Cuba! Enjoying its climate, warmth and above all the taste of its fruits. This sorbet will give you the sensation of bathing in the Bay of Baracoa, Cuba. It has nothing but fruit and is so creamy that you won’t be able to stop eating it. So, shall we go for a taste of Cuba?
- 1 very ripe mango
- 100 g passion fruit pulp
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- Cut the fruit into small pieces. Freeze the fruit pieces for 8 hours.
- Place the frozen fruit in the Chefbot and blend on speed 8 for 30 seconds (repeat cycle if necessary).
- Serve with grated coconut and a few mint leaves.
