Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon 28 g cream cheese
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Then add the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, and mix with a whisk or spatula until you obtain a frosting-like texture (approximately 1 minute).
- Gradually incorporate the cream and milk into the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the ice cream base into the ice cream maker container. Place the lid on and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24 hours
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Once the process is finished, you can add extra ingredients or serve the ice cream directly.
Notes
If your ice cream has a grainy texture due to a very low freezing temperature, don’t worry. Select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture once more. This additional step will help smooth the texture and achieve a creamier consistency. However, it is important to note that this option is only recommended if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
