Ingredients
- 85 g butter in ointment
- 50 g dessert chocolate
- 120 g brown sugar
- 70 g milk
- 2 eggs
- 140 g wheat flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave on medium power in 10-second batches until completely melted.
- Mix with the butter with the help of a kitchen whisk.
- Add the eggs, sugar and milk to the bowl and mix continuously until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix continuously until you obtain a homogeneous dough. At this point, if you like, you can add chocolate chips.
- Plug in the sandwich maker with the waffle bakeware. When they are hot, brush them with a little butter.
- Put a few spoonfuls of dough in the waffle maker, without filling it completely, as the dough could spill out of the sides when it cooks.
- Close the waffle maker and insert handle. After 3-5 minutes, the light will be off to indicate that the sandwich maker has been heated to the proper cooking temperature and you can carefully remove the waffles. Repeat the operation until you run out of dough. If you want them browner you can leave them longer, but brownies are good either way!
