Light, natural and full of flavor, this strawberry sorbet is a quick and refreshing option that can be prepared in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sugar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh strawberries cut into wedges
- Edible flowers
Instructions
- Place the strawberries in a tall container.
- Add the lemon juice and the chosen sweetener.
- Blend with the hand blender until you obtain a creamy and smooth texture.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container or, if available, pour the mixture into the slush machine.
- For the latter, select the Ice Cream mode. If preparing it in the traditional way, place it in the freezer for about 6–8 hours.
- After this time, use a spoon to serve the sorbet in a bowl, glass or plate.
- Serve immediately decorated with strawberry wedges and some edible flowers, or keep it in the freezer until serving.
