  • Avocado
  • Walnut cream (200 g shelled walnuts (can also be made with pecans, a pinch of salt and a dash of neutral oil – mix well).)
  • Lemon peel

Instructions

  • Toast the rye bread slice
  • Spread with walnut cream
  • Halve the avocado and cut into thin slices.
