Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (washed and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Using a fork, mash the strawberries and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cream to the bowl with the strawberry mixture and mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Pour the base into the container, place the lid on, and freeze for 24 hours.

After 24 hours:

  • Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
  • Select the ICE CREAM mode.
  • Once the process is complete, you can add extra ingredients or serve the ice cream directly.

Notes

If your ice cream has a grainy texture due to a very low freezing temperature, don’t worry. Select the RE-SPIN option to process the mixture once more. This additional step will help smooth the texture and achieve a creamier consistency. However, it is important to note that this option is only recommended if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
