Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz blueberries in light syrup)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
Instructions
- Fill the container with the blueberries up to the MAX FILL line and pour the syrup from the can over the fruit, making sure it is completely covered.
- Add the pomegranate juice up to the MAX FILL line and mix well. Cover the container and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the machine.
- Select the SORBET mode.
- Once the process is complete, remove the sorbet from the container and serve immediately.
Notes
If the sorbet has a crumbly texture due to a very low freezer temperature, you can use the RE-SPIN function to process it a bit more, especially if you are not going to add extra ingredients.
