Spring roll, chun kun or lumpia, depending on the country you are in, is an easy and very tasty dish that is one of the most typical dishes of Chinese cuisine outside its borders. It is traditionally prepared in China as part of the Chinese New Year celebrations, which usually take place with the arrival of spring. - Brick pasta
- carrot
- 1 leek

- 1 pepper
- Soya sauce
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Stir-fry all the vegetables with the soya in a wok. Add the sesame seeds when the vegetables are sautéed to taste. Set aside.
- Place the brick pasta in a diamond shape. Place a pile of the vegetable filling in the corner nearest you and roll it up. It is important to have your fingers moistened with water to seal the roll.
- Place the rolls in the Fryer Air Pro air fryer. Spray a little olive oil on the rolls and program 6 minutes at 200 degrees.
