Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk

Instructions

  • Place the coffee ice cream into the container.
  • Make a hole in the ice cream using a spoon about 2.5 cm wide, reaching the bottom of the container, and pour the milk into that space.
  • Place the container in the machine and select the MILKSHAKE mode.
  • When the process is finished, remove the milkshake from the container and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker texture, it is recommended to process the ice cream directly after removing it from the freezer, without letting it thaw. This will help maintain the ideal consistency.
If you prefer a thinner texture, add 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk and use the RE-SPIN function until the desired consistency is reached. Keep in mind that extra ingredients may sink in thinner milkshakes.
