We know that autumn is the season of the famous pumpkin spice latte, Hazelnut latte… but what about pistachio? I’m sure you haven’t yet tried this delicious coffee drink that we can make at home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- Sugar to taste
- 100 g raw peeled pistachios
- 70 ml Espresso
- 15 g Butter
- 150 ml Milk or vegetable drink
Instructions
- Prepare a pistachio syrup by placing the sugar, pistachios and water in a saucepan.
- Once the pistachios are soft, grind them to a paste using a pulmixer.
- Place the milk of your choice in your Milkfrother, add the pistachio paste and set to heat.
- Prepare the espresso in a cup and add the hot milk.
- To finish, top with chopped pistachio nuts
- And enjoy!
