Ingredients
For the dough
- 30 g AOVE
- 220 g water at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 20 g freshly pressed yeast
- 400 g strong flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the pizza
- Tomato sauce
- Arugula
- Mozzarella
- Cherry tomatoes
- Ham
- 1 egg
- AOVE
Instructions
For the dough
- Use the stand mixer. Attach the balloon whisk accessory. Add the warm water, baker’s yeast and sugar. Program 2 minutes on speed 5.
- Replace the balloon whisk accessory with the beater accessory. Program 3 minutes on speed 3 and gradually add the ingredients while the stand mixer does its work. First the oil, then the salt and finally the flour.
- Once the kneading time has elapsed, grease a bowl with a little oil. Take the pizza dough and knead it with your hands for 1 minute. Place the dough in the bowl and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- After this time, shape the dough into a pizza shape using a rolling pin. Place the pizza on the pizza maker board.
For the pizza
- Preheat the pizza maker. Program for 10 minutes and select power level 5.
- Add the ingredients to the pizza: tomato to taste, mozzarella, ham, cherry tomatoes, a dash of AOVE and salt.
- Place the pizza on the preheated pizza maker tray, taking care not to burn yourself on the plates and the handle. Select power level 5 and program 5 minutes. After this time, add the arugula and a drizzle of AOVE as a finishing touch.
Notes
The pizza can be made without edges or with thinner or thicker edges. To taste.
