Inspired by Erewhon’s famous tropical and functional smoothies, this drink combines sweet, creamy mango with warm notes of turmeric, vanilla and coconut to create a refreshing, energising and silky-smooth beverage.

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen mango
- 500 ml coconut milk or coconut drink
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon cashews or cashew butter
- A pinch of black pepper
- Ice to taste
Instructions
- Place the coconut drink, dates, turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla, agave syrup and cashews into the Vegan Milk Maker Pro jug.
- Select the Nut program to blend all the ingredients and create a creamy base.
- Add the frozen mango and ice.
- Activate the Milkshake function.
- Adjust the texture by adding a little more plant-based drink if a lighter result is desired.
