Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon 17 g cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for mixing)
Instructions
- Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then add the sugar and vanilla extract, using a mixer or rubber spatula to combine the ingredients until the mixture reaches a frosting-like consistency, for about 60 seconds.
- Gradually incorporate the cream and milk into the mixture until fully combined and the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the container, place the lid on, and freeze for 24 hours.
After 24h
- Remove the container from the freezer, take off the lid, and assemble the bowl.
- Select the ICE CREAM mode.
- Using a spoon, make a hole in the ice cream about 3–4 cm wide reaching the bottom. Once the hole is made, add mini chocolate chips inside. Then run the MIX-IN program again to mix the chocolate chips.
- After processing, use a spoon or spatula to remove the ice cream from the container and serve in a bowl or glass. It is recommended to serve immediately while at its optimal consistency.
Notes
The MIX-IN program is not designed to crush harder ingredients, so we recommend using mini chocolate chips, as they are ideal for mixing smoothly.
