- ½ ripe banana
- 120 ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek or plant-based yogurt
- 4 dates
Decoration (optional but aesthetic):
- A bit of mashed strawberries
- Ice cubes
- Coconut cream
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, and dates to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner texture, add a bit more milk.
- (Optional) Decorate your glass: place some mashed strawberries at the bottom and lightly press with a muddler. You can also prepare the puree in a bowl and pour it in later.
