Ingredients

  • 300 g chickpeas (soaked for 12 hours)
  • 1 chorizo sausage
  • 1 morcilla (Spanish blood sausage)
  • 1 piece of cured pork belly
  • 1 ham or pork backbone bone
  • 1 large potato (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 1 carrot (sliced)
  • Water to cover (approx. 1.5 L)
  • Salt to taste (add at the end)

Instructions

  • Place the drained chickpeas, chorizo, morcilla, pork belly, bone, carrot, and potato directly into the cooker.
  • Add enough water to cover, leaving at least 3 cm below the maximum fill line.
  • Close the lid securely and select the “Stew” preset.
  • Once finished, let the cooker release pressure naturally.
  • Open carefully, taste the broth, and adjust the salt to your liking.
  • Serve hot. You can remove the sausages and serve them separately if preferred.
