Ingredients
- 300 g chickpeas (soaked for 12 hours)
- 1 chorizo sausage
- 1 morcilla (Spanish blood sausage)
- 1 piece of cured pork belly
- 1 ham or pork backbone bone
- 1 large potato (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- Water to cover (approx. 1.5 L)
- Salt to taste (add at the end)
Instructions
- Place the drained chickpeas, chorizo, morcilla, pork belly, bone, carrot, and potato directly into the cooker.
- Add enough water to cover, leaving at least 3 cm below the maximum fill line.
- Close the lid securely and select the “Stew” preset.
- Once finished, let the cooker release pressure naturally.
- Open carefully, taste the broth, and adjust the salt to your liking.
- Serve hot. You can remove the sausages and serve them separately if preferred.
