Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 2 cups of cold water or stock.
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Spread the tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the bottom of the rice cooker bowl.
  • Wash the quinoa using a sieve to remove any impurities
  • Add all the ingredients to the rice cooker and set to “Grains”
  • Close the lid and wait for the cycle to finish.
  • You can enjoy your quinoa dish as soon as it finishes
