Potato and salmon salad

It is an easy to prepare salad, ideal for summer days when it is very hot. You can leave it prepared in advance and then take the opportunity to go to the beach. With few ingredients and in a simple way, you will have a delicious salad.

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 3 branches of fresh dill
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes.
  • Place the driving shaft and add water to the Chefbot up to the 0.6 l mark. Place the deep steam basket with the previously peeled potatoes. Close the lid, select the steam programme and program 20 minutes.
  • When the time is up, remove the lid, taking care not to burn yourself with the steam.
  • Remove the basket and take out the water, wash the glass and insert the blade accessory. Add the yogurt, oil and fresh dill without the branches and program manually at speed 3 for 20 seconds. When finished, put the sauce in a bowl.
  • Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
  • Put the potatoes in a dish, season them and add some sauce on top. Then, a layer of smoked salmon and finish with some sprigs of fresh dill.
  • Leave to cool in the fridge, covered with film until it is time to serve the salad.
