Want to surprise with a special toast? In just five minutes you can prepare your own whisky liqueur cream, the popular Baileys in a homemade version. A delicious combination that you can use as a gift for family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml whisky
  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 2 egg yolk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl of the Chefbot. Programme 1 minute, speed 3.
  • Strain and pour into a glass bottle with a funnel.
  • Chill for at least two hours. Shake and store in the refrigerator before serving (keeps up to 2 weeks).
