- 200 ml whole milk or plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into the milk frother/heater.
- Add all the spices and select the heating programme with gentle frothing.
- Once finished, add the honey and vanilla for a touch of sweetness and stir gently.
