Easy Ramen

We know this is not an authentic ramen recipe, which is why it’s called fake ramen. For those days when you feel like eating something delicious without spending 8 hours at the stove to prepare the perfect base stock.

Ingredients

For the stock:

  • 75 g peanut butter
  • 100 g white miso (2 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 1.5 l vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cooking cream

Garnish

  • Vegetables of your choice (maybe pak choi, bimi, spinach, etc.)
  • Noodles of your choice (udon, rice noodles, wholegrain)
  • Protein of your choice (we used panko chicken)
  • Chilli oil for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the rice cooker and set to “Soup”.
  • After 15 minutes, open and mix all the ingredients well using a silicon spatula. Close the lid again and leave the cycle to finish.
  • Serve with your noodles, vegetables and favourite protein.
  • Sprinkle a little chilli oil and enjoy.
