To prepare the Cremaet mixture, you need a heat-resistant jar in which you will place the rum, sugar, coffee bean, cinnamon and lemon. With the help of your Thera Retro vaporiser, heat the mixture and then flambé the rum with a lighter, it is important to stir the mixture well so that all the alcohol evaporates.
Put the rum mixture in a coffee glass (so that the different layers can be seen) and put the coffee (capsule or ground according to your preference) on the arm of your Thera Retro.
Control the fall of the coffee so that the 3 layers of the coffee are differentiated. In order to do this, put a spoon under the outlet of the arm so that the coffee falls on the spoon and then on the rum mixture, therefore that way you will get the 3 layers: the golden layer with the rum mixture, the black layer with the coffee and the brown layer with the cream.
