- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 chipotle chili in adobo (or to taste)
- ½ cup of water or broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, chili, and liquid in the pot.
- Select the “Chicken” preset for 20 minutes.
- Allow to depressurize naturally.
- Open, remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot. Mix well.
- If you want a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for 2 more minutes.
- Serve with tacos or tostadas.
