Egg yolk nougat pannacotta

This pannacotta is very easy and quick to prepare, taking no more than 20 minutes. You can prepare it days in advance or even freeze it and take it out a few hours before serving. It is a very tasty dessert, but by no means easy, as it combines two good products: Nougat and cream. Decorate with pomegranate and red currants.

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets gelatine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 50 g evaporated milk
  • 400 g whipped cream

Instructions

  • Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for at least 5 minutes to hydrate them and set aside
  • Place the blades in the Chefbot mixing bowl and add the egg yolk nougat Programme 5 seconds, speed 7.
  • Open the Chefbot, remove the blades and attach the whisk attachment Add cream and condensed milk and programme 6 minutes at 90ºC and speed 4.
  • Add the drained gelatine leaves Programme 15 seconds, speed 3.
  • Pour the mixture into individual glasses or tart shells2 to 3 hours until the dough is firm
  • Serve with pomegranate and currants
