A sandwich, prepared with good bread, quality cheese and some ingredients that combine well with the taste of both and enhance it, can be a very good informal dinner (especially those days when the desire to watch a movie on the sofa outweighs the desire to cook). This camembert, arugula and dried tomato sandwich will not leave you hanging: you can change the cheese for your favourite, as long as it melts well, and the arugula for baby spinach.
